The Property comprises a standalone industrial site with the main improvements comprising a large warehouse building and a separate administration and canteen blocks. The Warehouse is of steel frame construction with part brickwork and part metal clad elevation, below a sawtooth roof. It has been extended over time and has been well maintained. the original section of the warehouse has a lower eaves height of 8 metres and the more recent extension has a higher eaves height of 12 metres.
A number of mezzanines are within the warehouse, which can remain in place subject to buyer requirements.
